Girl In A Coma: First Morrissey, Then True Colors, Now Tegan and Sara

New York, NY. (Top 40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - San Antonio all-girl rock trio Girl in a Coma will be opening the Tegan and Sara tour, visiting major cities across the States this fall. Sharing the stage with great talent has become routine for Girl in a Coma: a dream came true when Morrissey himself asked the band to join his U.S./European 07/08 tours. They performed at several stops on Cyndi Lauper's True Colors tour over the summer and have also opened for Social Distortion, The Toadies, Frank Black and more.

Girl in a Coma's debut album, 'Both Before I'm Gone,' is out now on Joan Jett's Blackheart Records. Nina Diaz (vox, guitar), her sister Phanie (drums) and Jenn Alva (bass) make up the band.
