DALLAS, TX. (Top40 Charts/ AT&T) - The AT&T Team USA Soundtrack hit a high note for America's Olympic Team athletes during the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) today announced that the AT&T Team USA Soundtrack - a compilation of rock, pop, R&B, rap and country music released during the Olympic Games to help support the U.S. Olympic Team - raised $1 million for Team USA athletes. Several of today's top artists contributed their time and efforts to the program, and consumers nationwide generously supported the athletes by purchasing full-track downloads, ringtones and AT&T Answer Tones from the soundtrack.

"This was an amazing effort by the artists and the consumers who demonstrated unfettered support for the athletes, the music and the program," said Jamie Butcher, vice president, AT&T Corporate Sponsorships. "One of our main Team USA sponsorship goals was to connect fans to these amazing athletes, and we couldn't be more pleased with the response and the support the athletes and the artists received."

Jim Scherr, chief executive officer of the U.S. Olympic Committee, said: "We are thrilled to see the support, not only from the artists who devoted their time to make the AT&T Team USA Soundtrack but also from the fans that purchased the music. Sometimes, athletes' hardest obstacles aren't training but securing funds so they can devote themselves full time to their sport.

"The monies raised by the AT&T Team USA Soundtrack program will directly impact the funding of America's athletes currently training to represent the United States at the 2010 and 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games."

The music was available for download as full tracks on iTunes during the Olympic Games. Consumers were also invited to view music videos and artist interviews through https://www.att.net/TeamUSA, and that helped generate nearly 1 million page views on the site.

The full lineup of artists:
* 3 Doors Down, "The Champion in Me"
* Army of Me, "Perfect" (acoustic)
* Colbie Caillat, "Somethin' Special"
* Clique Girlz, "Incredible" (acoustic)
* Sheryl Crow, "So Glad We Made It"
* Chris Brown, "Dreamer"
* Flipsyde, "Champion"
* Luis Fonsi, "No Me Doy Por Vencido" (exclusive track)
* Goo Goo Dolls, "Real"
* Josh Kelley, "To Remember"
* Lady Antebellum, "I Was Here"
* Queen Latifah, "Champion"
* Mere, "Hold On"
* Nelly, "Warrior" (Team USA edition)
* Taylor Swift, "Change"
* Kate Voegele, "Lift Me Up"

AT&T wireless customers also purchased ringtones and Answer Tones through AT&T MEdia Mall. A selection of the full tracks was also available as downloads directly over the air to AT&T handsets.

AT&T further connected fans to its brand by promoting the Team USA Soundtrack through online social networking sites. Fans were encouraged to visit https://www.att.net/TeamUSA to download the official AT&T Team USA Soundtrack widget and show their support for Team USA on their Facebook (https://www.facebook.com) page. During the games, the widget provided access to exclusive music and interviews with both artists and athletes. Updates about both Team USA and the AT&T Team USA Soundtrack were available throughout the games via the "ATTblueroom" profile on Twitter (https://twitter.com/attblueroom) and the AT&T fan page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pages/ATT/8576093908).

The program was produced by AT&T to help U.S. Olympic and Paralympic athletes train and compete for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, as well as athletes competing in future Olympic Games. AT&T is an official sponsor of the U.S. Olympic Team and provides significant financial support, products and services to the U.S. Olympic Committee.
