Austin Musician Suzanna Choffel Becomes Literal Overnight Sensation On YouTube: Video Viewed 350,000 Times in One Day!

Austin, TX. (Top40 Charts/ Suzanna Choffel Official Website) - Suzanna Choffel literally became an overnight YouTube sensation on October 24, with her "Raincloud" video being viewed over 350,000 times in a 24-hour period. By late afternoon of that day, she was declared "Austin's first YouTube superstar" by Austin American-Statesman music critic Michael Corcoran. Later that evening, Suzanna Choffel's band performed to an overflowing crowd at The Living Room in New York City, showcasing at CMJ Music Marathon 2008. The video has continued to grow in popularity; as of 2 pm CST October 27, the number of views for the "Raincloud" video had jumped to over 420,000.
