NEW YORK (Top40 Charts/ Epic Records) - Multi-platinum band The Fray announced today an ultimate live experience now available to fans via Apple's App Store with a custom "Live" application and also an innovative Fray iTunes Pass. The new app will offer fans the ability to stream footage from Fray concerts on stages all over the world and listen to every track from their new album on iPhone or iPod touch, among other unique features. Exclusive Fray live content is also available via iTunes starting today with a Fray iTunes Pass that delivers new and exclusive music, videos and live performances directly to fans' music libraries, as soon as they're available from the band.

The Frays signature 'Live' application enhances fan interconnectivity by offering iPhone and iPod touch users the latest news and tour information along with exclusive interviews, high resolution videos, full-length audio streams and acoustic performances, all brought to life by touching the band's logo. 'The Fray Live' application also features a way for fans to redefine the concert experience. Now, they can use their iPhone to take pictures and upload them for display on thefray.net or use the Live Visualizer tool to create a personalized light show that reacts to sound detected by iPhone's microphone.

The Fray application is available for $1.99 from Apples App Store on iPhone and iPod touch, or at www.itunes.com/appstore/.

The Fray will also be the second artist to launch an iTunes Pass. Fans who purchase the Fray iTunes Pass starting today ($16.99) will get six live songs from their "iTunes Live from SoHo" sessions plus an exclusive live video from the bands recent Webster Hall performance in New York City. Then, as it becomes available, purchasers will receive new and exclusive content from The Fray delivered directly to their iTunes library through August - including a haunting cover of Kanye Wests 'Heartless," a live performance from Abbey Road Studios, exclusive music and video from their pending summer tour, and much more.

The bands new album The Fray debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart and has already been certified Gold fueled by their infectious single, 'You Found Me'. The band just announced a big summer amphitheatre tour kicking off in Atlanta on June 12th ending in August and will debut the video for their next single, 'Never Say Never' later this month.

Formed in 2002, the Denver-based quartet is comprised of Isaac Slade (vocals, piano), Joe King (guitar, vocals), Ben Wysocki (drums) and Dave Welsh (guitar). The band has struck a huge chord with audiences and turned their organic, grassroots success into worldwide sales of 3.2 million albums and over 8 million digital singles sold.
