NEW YORK (Phish Official Website) -
Phish will play 21 concerts at various outdoor venues across the United States this summer, culminating in a 2 day festival, "It", to be held at the former Loring Air Force Base in Limestone,
Maine on Saturday and Sunday, August 2 and 3, 2003. "It" is the first festival that PHISH is presenting since their landmark millennium concert held on December 30 and 31, 1999 at the Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation in Florida. That concert was the largest paid event on the globe that New Year's Eve, drawing over 80,000 people. "It" also is the band's return to the Loring site in northern Maine, having played two consecutive festivals in 1997 ("The Great Went") and 1998 ("Lemonwheel").
As with all Phish festivals, "It" will feature on-site camping, three sets of PHISH each day, as well as numerous non-music attractions and art installations created by teams of talented artists and performers. Tickets for "It" go on sale this Thursday, March 27 at 12 NOON via Phish's ticketing site, https://phishtickets.rlc.net, and via Ticketmaster Online at https://ticketmaster.com.
