New York, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Ruby Bullet Official Website) - NYC's female fronted post punk math metal duo Ruby Bullet has self-released their new EP "Splitting Heirs", available through iTunes and Rhapsody and from www.rubybullet.com. The album was recorded by the band at drummer Pete Vassil's Gain Studios, which was profiled in 2008 in Mix Magazine. It is available for preview at www.myspace.com/rubybullet. Ruby Bullet will be supporting the release with NYC area shows. The live band consists of Vassil, bassist/vocalist Suzanne Sterne, and guitar phenom Aurelien Budynek. A video has been released for "Machine", the first track from the EP. The release follows up the band's critically acclaimed 2007 debut "Nothing Left to Bleed On", recorded by Jason Corsaro (Motorhead, Soundgarden).
