SEATTLE & LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ iLike) - Beginning today (May 7, 2009), GRAMMY-nominated electronic music pioneers The Crystal Method will world-premiere their not-yet-released album, Divided By Night, exclusively on iLike, the leading social music discovery service. The exclusive, five-day iLike listening event will culminate with the retail release of Divided By Night on May 12, 2009.

'We've always tried to improve on what we've done before,' says Ken Jordan of The Crystal Method. 'We're always trying to challenge ourselves. We don't really like to work with formulas which is why we're exposing fans to this album in a new way on iLike.'

'The Crystal Method is one of the most popular electronic bands in the world and I'm thrilled that Ken and Scott chose to introduce their highly-anticipated fourth studio album to the world via iLike,' said Ali Partovi, CEO of iLike.

Divided By Night is the club culture icons' first studio album in five years. The album features an extensive line-up of guest artists including Matisyahu, Justin Warfield (She Wants Revenge), Peter Hook (New Order), and Emily Haines (Metric). This is the first album The Crystal Method recorded at Crystalwerks, their state-of-the-art recording studio located in Los Angeles, CA.

iLike will syndicate The Crystal Method's album stream across iLike.com, iLike's dominant Facebook music app plus other leading social networks and online platforms including the iLike Sidebar for iTunes (www.iLike.com/download).
