Ian McCulloch US tour dates

LONDON, UK (Echo & Bunnymen Fans Website) - The Echo & The Bunnymen lead is touring in support of his new solo record, Slideling, which releases in the US on May 6. With The Bunnymen on hiatus, McCulloch is quick to stress that this new record does not mark the end of the legendary group who recently received an Inspiration Award given by Q magazine, the UK's most prestigious and biggest selling music magazine.

�I'm looking forward to going back to the Bunnymen, and will be comin' to the table with a whole new bag of riffs, it's gonna be great." Meanwhile Slideling features special guest musicians like Coldplay's Chris Martin and Johnny Buckland and actor John Simm (24 Hour Party People). "There's the old adage that life begins at 40,� says McCulloch, �but in truth life begins when you realize just who the f**k you are."
