LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ MUTE Records) - After honing and sharpening their craft on the road with their counterparts The Cribs and The Walkmen, coupled with triumphant festival stops at Glastonbury and Lollapallooza plus their genre-busting debut album 'Fort Nightly', New York six-piece, White Rabbits return to the UK for a trio of summer shows.

White Rabbits July UK tour dates:

(Dates and information subject to change.)

July 2009
Fri 24th CAMBRIDGE, The Secret Garden Party
Sat 25th REDHILL, Redfest
Tue 28th LONDON, Hoxton Square Bar

White Rabbits - Stephen Patterson (vocals/piano), Jamie Levinson (drums), Matthew Clark (drums, guitar), Alex Even (guitar), Gregory Roberts (guitar/vocals) and Adam Russell (bass) have earned themselves a reputation as a highly-charged rampant live band, pumping with energy, featuring not one but two drummers and instrument swapping mayhem, showcasing their supreme musicianship.

The band's eagerly anticipated forthcoming album 'It's Frightening' is the follow-up to their impressive 2008 debut album 'Fort Nightly', which garnered a host of rave reviews.

'A genre-hopping, ear pleasing masterpiece.' - 8/10 NME

'Along with Vampire Weekend and MGMT, White Rabbits are part of a new wave of New York bands with a taste for the eccentric.' - * * * * Q

'A Brooklyn six-piece, with thrilling all-over-the-place gothic pop.' - Sunday Times Culture

Following the band's stint of UK shows, they return to the US for a series of shows with The Walkmen.
