LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts/ T-Mobile USA) - Following the successful spring dates of the GRAMMY Celebration Concert Tour Presented By T-Mobile Sidekick, T-Mobile USA, Inc. and The Recording Academy announced today that the tour will extend into the fall for a Latin series with two additional concerts in Houston and New York City featuring Latin GRAMMY- and GRAMMY-nominated rock band Kinky, and Latin GRAMMY-winning pop duo Jesse y Joy.

The Latin themed shows will kick off in Houston at the Warehouse Live Ballroom on Sept. 26 and in New York City at Webster Hall on Sept. 30.

"T-Mobile is delighted to extend our partnership with The Recording Academy to bring two popular Latin artists to audiences who appreciate unique performances," said Mike Belcher, vice president of branded communications and experience marketing, T-Mobile USA, Inc. "The Latin concert series will continue The Recording Academy and T-Mobile's promise to deliver diverse musical experiences to Sidekick users and music fans."

A limited number of tickets for the performances will be available through special, in-store contests and giveaways at select T-Mobile retail locations in Houston and New York City. The GRAMMY Celebration Concert Tour Presented by T-Mobile Sidekick was established in 2008 to create intimate musical experiences for fans across the country. GRAMMY-winning and GRAMMY-nominated artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Missy Elliott, Estelle, Kid Rock, Lady Gaga, Wyclef Jean, Leona Lewis, LL Cool J and Katy Perry have participated in the tour celebrating The Recording Academy's rich history while providing Sidekick fans the opportunity to be a part of an extraordinary concert experience.
