BOSTSON, MA. (Top40 Charts/ Brew Official Website) - The Brew, an acclaimed rock quartet, is throwing a party for friends from across New England with a 'Fan Appreciation Night' at the Paradise Rock Club on Friday, October 16th.

Since 2005, The Brew has gained a loyal following through appearances at venues and festivals from Bridgeport to Bangor, from Narragansett to Burlington, in communities like Newmarket, NH and Northampton, MA and in cities such as Hartford, Boston, Worcester, Providence and Portland.

Their show at the legendary Paradise Rock Club is tailored to show that this support is appreciated.

'Night after night, our fans are there for us at shows, and all over the Internet, too,' says drummer, Kelly Kane. 'There's a lot of love, and that's kept this thing going and growing.'

'This show is a way for us to give something extra back,' says keyboardist Chris Plante. 'We're producing a mix of rare live and studio tracks that we'll be giving away on a CD. There'll be prizes for fans who drive the farthest, a T-shirt design contest and all sorts of other extras.'

Then there is the music.

The Brew, described by Jambase as 'one of New England's hottest bands,' is crafting what guitarist Dave Drouin calls 'three epic sets.'

The band will be supported by a great opening act out of Florida, The Heavy Pets.

'There's been a real buzz about the Heavy Pets since they played moe.down,' Joe Plante, the band's bassist said. 'This show is the kickoff of a tour we're doing with them down the East Coast and ending at the House of Blues in New Orleans.'

The Brew's music is highly dynamic, a mix of blistering guitar and keyboard work and three-part harmonies. Fans at the band's consistently sold-out shows add their own voices to the mix, singing along to dozens of original songs they know by heart.

The Brew hails from the small town of Amesbury, MA, and is still comprised of the four friends who began jamming just out of high school in 2002. The band turned pro in 2005.

'The friendships and the music have grown together,' said Drouin, the guitarist. 'That's what this show is all about.'

The Paradise Rock Club is located at 967 Commonwealth Ave., Boston. Tickets and more information are available at www.thebrew.biz.
