Under the agreement, Ultimate Guitar and Slash will co-develop and co-own digital assets associated with Slash's online initiatives, including his official website, www.slashonline.com, which launched today. In addition, the Joint Venture will develop and release a variety of Slash-branded mobile applications as well as instructional videos featuring Slash.
