NEW YORK (Moore & Blend press release) - A cigar maker has filed a lawsuit against Sean "P.Diddy" Combs over a brief interlude in the intro to the "Shake Ya Tail Feather" video.

Moore & Bode Cigars claims that a three-second-long segment of the video reveals its "secret process", and says that the footage was shot in their Miami factory without company permission after the videographer had been asked to leave. The cigar-makers seek at least $15,000 in damages in a lawsuit filed earlier this month.
