LOS ANGELES (Eminem Fans Website) - Harlene Stein, a 70-year-old California woman, has sued Eminem and Dr. Dre for allegedly illegally sampling her late husband's music. The grandmother of five claims that her husband's composition - a 24-second instrumental film soundtrack interlude entitled "Pigs Go Home"- was used in Dre and Eminem's 1999 hit "Guilty Conscience" without permission or any payment. She seeks unspecified damages pending a full accounting of sales. In other Shady news, Eminem will reportedly make an unannounced guest appearance at Obie Trice's record release show in Detroit this Sunday. Obie was the second artist to sign to Eminem's Shady Records.
