Converse Announces Final Lineup For 'gone To Governors' Live Music Series

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Converse Official Website) - Lucero, Dr. Dog and The Morning Benders, are among the latest headliners to be added to Converse's "Gone to Governors" live music series on The Beach at Governors Island this summer. The concert series, a combination of free and ticketed shows, is designed to provide fans with a fun, affordable escape from the city.

The Bowery Presents, Highline Ballroom and Mad Dog Presents have partnered with Converse on the series and will co-produce and co-curate the activities with Converse and event partner Water Taxi Beach. Brooklyn Vegan (www.brooklynvegan.com) is the media sponsor of the series.

The bands join Yeasayer, She & Him and Neon Indian, which have already been announced. With the exception of Local Natives on August 7th, which is priced at $10 per ticket, all shows in the series are free. All ferry service to Governors Island for the "Gone to Governors" shows is free as well. The schedule below includes door times and opening performers:
