New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Mazur PR) - Cold Stone are a brand new hard rock band based in the Midlands (UK), consisting of singer and guitarist Matt Stewart, bassist Colin Clews, and drummer James Frearson. We play our own brand of dark classic rock, mixing the smoky growl of the classic blues rock bands with a heavy modern edge. Our songs are built around big riffs, jazzy basslines and pounding rhythms, topped off with lyrics about life, love, and partying.

Arising from the ashes of various local bands, Matt and James formed Cold Stone to showcase their unique musical chemistry. With James's pounding rhythms driving Matt's mammoth riffs and snarling guitar licks, they soon had a canon of songs guaranteed have audiences rocking out. With the arrival of veteran bassist Colin in early 2010, work began to take Cold Stone on the road and into the studio.
