NEW YORK, NY (Top40 Charts/ Hip Hop Hall of Fame Media) - Taking it back to where it all began, The Hip Hop Hall of Fame Awards TV Show is pleased to announce that the kick-off press conference on Tuesday November 23, 2010, at the Manhattan Center will be co-hosted by Hip Hop Pioneers & Historians Easy A.D. and GrandMaster Caz of the Legendary Cold Crush Brothers, and the Original
Crash Crew and Senior Executive of the Zulu Nation Lord Yoda. Also confirmed to attend is the founding father of Hip Hop culture DJ Kool Herc. We are also expecting to hear from PopMaster Fable, an active historian of everything Hip Hop.
These Iconic gentlemen are an ideal representation of Hip Hop Music & Culture from personal experience, as they were participants during its foundational beginnings, and witnessed Hip Hop grow to where it is today, first-hand. They are all very active and supportive in cultivating and preserving the true hip hop foundational principals today in different programs in New York City, and around the world.
They will be bringing their many creative nuances to the Hip Hop Hall of Fame Museum & Entertainment Complex as Senior Executives, as the project continues to be jointly developed with creator and executive producer JT Thompson's team that includes Zubatkin & Associates, ABS Real Estate, DLA Piper, Merrill Lynch, NY Arts & Business Council, and Harlem Arts Alliance, and many others who all have established track records in the City of New York and in the United States. The Hip Hop Hall of Fame Awards TV show is scheduled for taping on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at the Manhattan Center, and this will be the first broadcast of the show since it aired in national syndication and aired on the BET Cable Network in the 90s.
Easy A.D., an original board member, will serve as a Senior Executive in the Hip Hop Hall of Fame Museum, and in the original development of exhibits and programs at the institution in conjunction with our designers, architects, and developers.
GrandMaster Caz, an original board member, is slated to be a Senior Executive in the Hip Hop Hall of Fame Entertainment Division and will be working on the upcoming television, music, film, books, and tour projects that are in the works.
Lord Yoda, an original board member, will speak on the importance of hip hop culture, and preserving it correctly in this day and age of media and hype technology. Yoda will be the vanguard in the Hip Hop Hall of Fame Museum, ensuring that the TV Awards show, and the Museum be the most accurate record of Hip Hop History on the planet. That means that we will live up to all of the very foundational hip hop cultural principles established by our forefather Afrika Bambaattaa and the Universal Zulu Nation.

ABOUT THE OFFICIAL HIP HOP HALL OF FAME AND PRODUCER J.T. THOMPSON
Originally created in 1992, the awards show was the first independently produced Hip Hop Awards Show on the BET Network Syndication arm in 1995, and was Label mates with the Source Awards.
The Creator, J.T. "J-Train" Thompson, is a Brooklyn Born, Hollis Queens, and Harlem raised Hip Hop Connoisseur, transplanted to Los Angeles in his early years, was a two sport star athlete at Manual Arts HS winning Championships! After being a National Business Delegate selection of Junior Achievement, JT went on to serve in the Armed Forces for the US Army excelling in Operations and Leadership on and off the Basketball court, and earned full College Scholarhip after Honorable Discharge. After College and exploring Free Agent Professional basketball in US and Overseas, he entered the business as a concert promoter and television producer as a guest of former MCA/Universal artists Pebbles, and the R&B Group the Deele, that featured multi-Grammy Award winning artists/producers BabyFace, and current Island-Def Jam Head L.A. Ried.
Legends Eazy E, Ice Cube, Yo Yo and Publicist Lynn Jeter, gave J.T. his big break in promotions and productions, as he went on to emerge as a major force in the "Hip Hop Fight the Power Leadership" era of the early 90's, even joining with Sister Souljah. As one of the main Co-Founders of the historical L.A. Gang Truce Alliance, during the 1992 Riots, J.T., took the lead in empowering community, private, and public economic development partnerships, and helped push for the National Empowerment Zones from Los Angeles, to the new Harlem USA projects.
His story was highlighted in the Movie Redemption Starring Oscar winner Jamie Foxx, as J.T. utilized Gang Members on Projects including Restoring the Sear's Hollywood. The HHHOF and J.T. produced numerous albums, movies, concerts, step shows, special events from the Bay Area to Los Angeles, Atlanta, and finally NYC. The Hip Hop Hall of Fame Museum & Entertainment Complex is "Coming in 2011."
