NEW YORK (Eminem Official/Fan Websites) - There was a time when Grammy-nominee Eminem didn't apologize for anything, even when he was battling accusations of homophobia and promoting violence against women but the accusation of racism has had a different effect on Slim Shady - he's apologized not once, but twice. Eminem has again responded to The Source Magazine's release of a previously unreleased freestyle in which he uses racially offensive terms to describe African-American women. Eminem apologized directly following the release of the tapes, and released a second statement this week saying, "Common sense tells you not to judge a man by what he may have said when he was a boy, I will say it straight up: I am sorry I said those things when I was 16." Eminem also denied The Source's claim that the recording was made in 1993, saying it was actually recorded 15 years ago.
