Orange Bowl Committee, announces the En Vivo Latin festival line up which will include performances byGilberto
Santa Rosa, Albita Rodriguez and Hansel Y Raul. En Vivo will be hosted by world renowned, DJ Nino, on New Year's Day in South Beach. The three hour Latin festival, beginning at 8 pm, will be one of many exciting events taking place over theNew Year's Eve weekend.
Gilberto Santa Rosa, a Puerto Rican band leader and salsa and bolero singer, will be performing at the Latin Festival. With a career spanning over ten years, Gilberto Santa Rosa is an excellent sonero musician that has gained worldwide recognition as a salsa performer.
Albita also referred to as the Cuban diva, will be taking the stage at En Vivo Latin Festival. Albita, a Grammy winning Cuban artist, has the ability to grasp her audience by performing Cuban renditions of dance and soul. Remaining true to her Cuban roots, she has a strong connection with her audience. This bond enables Albita to vocalize about real life experiences of her homeland in Cuba that many can relate to.
Cuba's infamous dance band and dynamic duo, Hansel Enrique Marinez and Raul Alfonso, will also be performing at the Latin festival. International recording stars, Hansel and Raul have fused together Caribbean rhythm, harmony, violins and flutes making them stand out as a one of a kind Cuban charanga band. Together they have been recognized by Time Magazine as "The greatest Cuban dance band in the world."
DJ Nino, who recently performed at the 11th annual Latin Grammy's after party will be hosting and accompanying the Latin artists on stage. Performing at iconic destinations throughout the world, DJ Nino is widely recognized for his unique renditions of Latin American music. DJ Nino's style is based on mixing together rock music and 80's hits along with Latin American genres such as salsa, merengue and bachata.
