NEW YORK (Kid Rock Official Website) - Kid Rock and his Twisted Brown Trucker Band are set to hit the road for a major North American tour in support of the Detroit rocker's latest album, "Kid Rock." The Rock And Roll Pain Train 2004 Tour will kick off with two sold-out shows at Saginaw, Michigan's Wendler Arena on January 22nd and 23rd.

The tour coincides with the release of "Cold And Empty," a song which, ironically, deals with the pressures of maintaining a relationship while out on the road. "Kid Rock" has been greeted with a plethora of critical praise from a variety of publications, including The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Tribune, The London Times, The Guardian, Rolling Stone and The New York Times.
