 NASHVILLE, Tenn. (CMA Website) - Balloting is underway to determine the winner of the Country Music Association's Global Country Artist Award. The CMA's Global Markets Task Force established the award in 2002 to recognize outstanding achievements by country music artists in foreign territories. This year's CMA International artists nominees are: John Brack (Switzerland), Paul Brandt (Canada), Troy Cassar-Daley (Australia),
Kasey Chambers (Australia), Ruud Hermans (The Netherlands), Charlie Landsborough (UK), Jason McCoy (Canada), Charlie Nagatani (Japan), the Rankins (Canada) and the Replete Brothers (Greece). The winner will perform at the 2004 CMA Music Festival, set for June 10-13 in Nashville.
