NEW YORK (P. Diddy Fans Website) - Details have begun to emerge in the new civil court case facing Sean "P. Diddy" Combs. A jury is currently being selected to decide whether Combs should pay damages to his ex-chauffeur for allegedly forcing the man to drive away from the scene of a 1999 nightclub shooting.
The chauffeur says that Combs pointed a gun at him when ordering him to make the getaway and later tried to bribe the driver to tell police that the gun was his.

Combs and Jennifer Lopez will testify in the upcoming New York trial. The judge in the case has issued a gag order in the case, barring lawyers for P. Diddy and prosecutors from talking to the media.
The chauffeur is seeking $3 million (U.S.) from the rapper.
