Mega Man Inspired Musician Prepares For First UK Tour
Phoenix, AZ (Top40 Charts/ MEGA RAN Official Website) Teacher-turned-full time rapper RANDOM, aka MEGA RAN, after his 3rd successful Kickstarter campaign with producer K-MURDOCK, is heading overseas for shows in London and Manchester.

Random and Murdock earned almost $6000 on the donation site Kickstarter which will be used to fund their tour, which will hit Manchester and London from July 26 to August 7.

Random, aka Mega Ran has been dazzling audiences since his surprising transition to 8-bit influenced hip hop. After receiving an official co-sign from international gaming giant Capcom, Ran has gone on to be featured in Playstation Magazine, Nintendo Power, and on the South by Southwest (SXSW) and Nerdapalooza festivals.
K-Murdock, a music producer and engineer from Washington, DC, worked with Random on the landmark album "Forever Famicom".

Also joining on the tour will be other Random contributors, DN3 and Lost Perception, responsible for production on Ran's "Mega Ran" and "Black Materia" albums. They will be participating in a few beat showcases.

Random hosts a weekly online reality show, called "Life After Lesson Plans: A Hip-Hop Reality Show," chronicling Random's daring leap from the classroom to the full time entertainer worlds. Check those out at www.youtube.com/random2g

The show dates are as follows:
Tuesday, July 27 @ RetroBar, Manchester, UK 8PM
Thursday, July 28 @ Plan B, London, UK 9PM
Friday, July 30 @ Retro Complex, London, UK 1PM-2PM
