San Francisco, CA (Top40 Charts/ Green Light Go Entertainment) Michigan's indie pop rock sextet, Bear Lake, will share the stage with Sheryl Crow, the Raconteurs, the Romantics and a host of mostly Michigan-based bands for the inaugural MI-Fest on Saturday,
September 17th. The Festival, which will also include camping, will be held at the Michigan International Speedway, which is located in the beautiful Irish Hills of southeastern Michigan. Bear Lake's six members pride themselves on their fun stage show, which seeks to engage the audience with the personal messages often found in their songs. Even from the stage, it's Bear Lake's goal to share these themes and develop a personal relationship with their audience. The sextet has toured most of the major cities on the east side of the country and has shared the bill with Bedouin Soundclash, Gin Blossoms, Rick Springfield, The Suckers, The Rescues, Mice Parade, Sufjan Stevens, Neon Trees, Dale Earnhardt, Jr Jr, Jessica Hernandez, and many others.
