New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Girlie Action) Rubblebucket is currently traveling the country for a summer tour that includes a homecoming show on8/19 at Brooklyn Bowl. Last month, Stereogum praised the band, premiering the band's latest video for "Silly Fathers," and The Street Date and Paste Magazine gave the band glowing reviews, with the latter writing that "I would call them one of the year’s most promising young bands—but they’re already better than that." Their record Omega La La (Sin Duda Records, Download HERE) hit stores last month. The new album is a trip, showing off not only the band's virtuosity, but also DFA producer Eric Broucek's (LCD Soundsystem, Cut Copy, Hercules and Love Affair) clean, minimal production.
