LOS ANGELES (Madonna Fans Website) - First Gwen Stefani, then Courtney Love, now Madonna. The material girl is the latest to be cast by Martin Scorsese for a feature film role.
Madonna will play a 1920s moviestar in the upcoming Western musical, 'Hello Sucker!'. Courtney Love, who was originally cast, was let go over recent drug troubles.
Madge will co-produce the movie with Scorsese and will also write the soundtrack. Her third children's book "Yakov and the Seven Thieves" is also due out June 21st.
