New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Emily Tan Media Relations) In honor of his 20th anniversary as a leading E.D.M. (electronic dance music) producer,
Ferry Corsten is releasing a special mega mix exclusively as an iPhone/iPad app. This makes Corsten the first artist worldwide to present a new album in this way. The app also offers a complete discography and unique images from the past 20 years. The
Ferry Corsten 20 Years app is available for $5.99 at the iTunes app store.
Ferry Corsten 20 Years App
The app includes an all-encompassing hour-plus mix with 34 of Ferry Corsten's best tracks from the past 20 years. It includes tracks not only under his own name, but also those from his
System F and Gouryella aliases.
Besides the mega mix, the app contains a photographic morphing feature with images of Corsten over the years, images of his musical life, of dance festivals, his work in the studio and of his albums, all with corresponding tracklists. The app also links directly to iTunes, which makes it easy to purchase a specific album or song on the spot.
For His Fans
Ferry Corsten says about his app, "Time truly flies when you're having fun! The past 20 years have passed quickly and I look forward to the next 20 years. I hope you enjoy the app just as much as I did creating it. I would like to thank everyone for their support. Without you I would not be where I am today."
