Bon Iver Earns Four Grammy Nominations For Best New Artist, Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best Alternative Music Album
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) Congratulations to Bon Iver who earned Grammy nominations today in four top categories: Best New Artist, Record of The Year and Song of The Year for the track "Holocene" and Best Alternative Music Album for 'Bon Iver,' released this year on Jagjaguwar. These are the group's first-ever Grammy nominations.

'Bon Iver' debuted at #2 on the Billboard charts when it was released in June, and earned rave reviews everywhere from People ("an atmospheric dreamscape") to Pitchfork ("astonishing" 9.5 Best New Music). The album prompted cover stories in SPIN and Billboard, television performances on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and The Colbert Report, and much more. 'Bon Iver' was recently certified gold in the UK.

'Bon Iver' was just named the #1 album of the year by Paste Magazine, and frontman Justin Vernon will be featured on the cover of Under The Radar's Best of 2011 issue.

The deluxe edition of 'Bon Iver,' which was released this week, features ten short films accompanying each track on the album. A selection of those videos was featured on the YouTube homepage yesterday and they have already been viewed over a half a million times. View them all here - https://www.youtube.com/boniver

Bon Iver will kick off a string of sold out dates in December wrapping up with two hometown shows in Eau Claire, WI on the 12th and 13th. More 2012 US tour dates will be announced soon.
