Twin Atlantic are giving fans a chance to create a unique version of one of their most popular songs. Powered by premier online music creation site Indaba
Music (www.indabamusic.com), the
Twin Atlantic Remix Competition calls for participants to create their own musical rendition of the band's hit single "Free." One Grand Prize Winner will have their remix featured on an official release by Red Bull Records and will also receive a $1,000 cash prize, a pair of Beats by Dre headphones, and promotion on
Twin Atlantic and Red Bull Records web properties. One Popular Vote Winner will receive $500 and a pair of Beats by Dre headphones, and two Honorable Mentions will receive a pair of Beats by Dre headphones.
Indaba's 650,000-strong community of musicians will have until Monday, April 2, to submit their remixes, and fans will be able to vote for their favorite through Monday, April 16. The winners will be announced on Monday, April 30. To learn more about the

The song of choice, "Free," is a fan favorite and Twin Atlantic's first single release from their debut album of the same name. "Free" was most added at Alternative radio including Alt Nation on SiriusXM. The companion video has also been added to mtvU and was recently featured on MTV Iggy. The band is currently on the road in North America, including upcoming high-profile performances at SXSW and Canadian
Music Week.
