Nonpoint single 'The Truth' wins No1 most added honors

NEW YORK (Nonpoint Official Website) - Fierce rockers Nonpoint know the truth. The quartet from Florida has the No 1 most added single at rock radio, with the politically charged tune "The Truth."
Nonpoint tilted the add scales over new tunes from Metallica, Puddle of Mudd, and Jet. "The Truth" can now be heard in nearly every market in the Top 20, including heavy hitters WZZN (Chicago), WAAF (Boston), WRIF (Detroit), KUPD (Phoenix), KXXR (Minneapolis). In addition, the band will hit the road with Sevendust beginning July 2 in Flint, Michigan.

Formed in 1997, Nonpoint, lead by singer Elias Soriano, has solidified their position as a powerful force in the hard rock arena. Known for putting on an aggressive live show, Nonpoint has toured with a who's who of rock elite including Linkin Park, The Deftones, Disturbed, Mudvayne, Glassjaw, and others. In addition, the band appeared on Ozzfest in both the U.S. and in the United Kingdom.

Nonpoint will be releasing their long awaited third album 'Recoil' on August 3rd. The album features the band's signature heavy, melodic sound showcasing Andrew Goldman's pulsating guitar work and Nonpoint's solid rhythm section, featuring drummer Robb Rivera and bassist KB. 'Recoil' was recorded at Bieler Bros. Studios located in Pompano Beach, FL and was co-produced by Nonpoint and producer Jason Bieler.
