Genuine, accomplished, and adorably vivacious are just a few of the words that could be used to describe Jessie Daniels. At sixteen years of age, her intense love for music permeates into every facet of who she is. From the beginning, music has been a driving force in her life.

Raised on Long Island, Jessie often ventured into New York City with her mother. It was through these visits that Jessie was able to begin modeling and acting in independent films and commercials for MTV and Lifetime. Jessie's ability and desire to perform was evident, but she realized that she was not able to fully express her heart.

Soon after, Jessie had the opportunity to record some demos with a family friend. She discovered that through music she was able to relate to her friends in a way she had always desired. Her love of music rose to the surface and took over. It became a direction for her life, and an outlet to express her thoughts and experiences on life from a Godly perspective.

'I don't have anything special to offer except myself,' says Jessie. 'I want to show people ME. And who I am. And I'm not totally dysfunctional and I'm not perfect. I'm a normal teenage girl, as any another, struggling with faith, trust, and love.' Jessie's vulnerability and maturity enable her to powerfully impact the youth of today in a real and positive way.
'I want to touch hearts. I want to show people who I am. Because to me, whether I sell 1 million records or just 1 record, it doesn't matter as long as I touch one heart.'

In 2003, Jessie signed a management deal with Nashville Publicity Group, and began writing and recording with BMG songwriter and producer Sam Mizell (Bryan Chan, Jump5, American Idol's RJ Helton). The result was a 6-song EP that was released via her website. It didn't take long for her project to get noticed, and she was quickly performing all over the country at Radio Disney concert events, and with Sony Music/Columbia Records artist Rose Falcon. Additional dates followed with artists like Kutless, Sheryl Crow, Lonestar, Chris Trousdale, Bryan Chan, Stevie Brock, Across the Sky and more.

With numerous high profile appearances, Jessie quickly became a well-known artist in the booming teen market, and within six months had appeared alongside artists like Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera in over 60 teen magazines and online entertainment sites, sharing about her faith every step of the way. She also has made several recent television appearances including The Jim Bakker Show, Aquire the Fire, and World News Tonight (9/11 tribute special).

In April of 2004, Jessie signed a record deal with Brettian Productions in South Africa (a deal for North America is pending). Her self-titled EP will be released there on May 30th, to both the Christian and general market. She is currently recording a full-length project for release worldwide at the end of this year.
Jessie Daniels is endorsed by MAC Cosmetics and Daisy Rock Girl Guitars, and she serves as the 2004 spokesperson for the missing children's organization Project Safe Child.
