Silverstein - strong sales continue

TORONTO, CA. (Victory Records) - Silverstein hail from Toronto, Canada, and through relentless touring they have build a large, incredibly loyal audience in the U.S. Their headlining early summer tour, the U.S.'Ey Tour ran for seven weeks and sold out the majority of its markets.

Silverstein's album released on May 20, 2003, and while it has sold well from the very beginning, their debut, "When Broken Is Easily Fixed" began to move briskly in 2004, when it broke into the New Artist Chart February 22, 2004 at No 111, with 1447 in sales.
This week Silverstein broke the 1000 unit a week bar, with 1012 in sales, a 36% jump from last week's sales of 744.

Total Soundscan sales are 41,314. Victory will re-issue "When Broken Is Easily Fixed on September 7th, with a bonus DVD containing two new songs, the videos, and behind-the-scenes footage.
