NEW YORK (www.buzzpublicity.com) - Valentin's growing story begins with a string of smash remixes for major artists like Britney Spears' 'Everytime' (No 5 and rising on Billboard Dance Radio Airplay Chart); Christina Aguilera's 'Beautiful' (No 1 Billboard Dance Chart); Deborah Cox' 'Something Happened on the Way to Heaven' (11 weeks at No 1 on Billboard Dance Radio Airplay Chart); and Lucas Prata's 'Never Be Alone' (in strong ration on WKTU). In barely over a year, this remarkable run has made Valentin the go-to guy for hit radio remixes by major artists and labels.

As the lead musician and producer of QED, his artist project with co-lead Kristine Hendricks, Valentin executed a top-requested, crossover radio hit with his remake of Def Leppard's classic, 'Love Bites', and then released QED's debut album Mobius (Siren Entertainment), a tour de force in electronic/acoustic pop, now available in stores and online throughout much of the world.

Valentin has now taken a groundbreaking step for QED's second single - a two-part promotion spanning musical genres and demonstrating the artist's creative depth. The single includes both the infectious dance/pop anthem 'Hardly a Day', sung by QED's female vocalist Kristine Hendricks, and it's churning rock answer, 'Epilogue (Hardly a Day Part 1)', sung by Valentin. Both tracks are featured on Mobius. 'Hardly a Day' is already a rising radio hit on dance and pop stations in major markets around the country, and 'Epilogue' is being released nationally to radio on August 16th.

Together, the two songs tell a tragic love story in epic fashion by delivering the same basic melody but in two completely different ways, from the separate perspectives of the female and male characters. 'Hardly a Day' is a dance/electronic track powered by Hendricks' female lead, while its counterpart, 'Epilogue', is a brooding alternative rock classic featuring Valentin's male vocals. Taken together, the lyrics of two different songs tell one seamless story of a lost love.

The full album, Mobius is a unique musical journey through pop gems, dance anthems, soaring ballads and rock, and Valentin's skills - as vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, producer and arranger - are on full display. Together with the classically trained Hendricks, Valentin creates beautiful melodies that play off of the compelling juxtaposition of his reedy baritone and her versatile soprano.

Exclusive radio edits of both 'Hardly a Day' and 'Epilogue' are available on Apple's iTunes music download service. Many iTunes customers are already familiar with Valentin's work – his Deborah Cox and Britney Spears mixes are among those artists' best-selling downloads on the service. QED has also released an exclusive 'bonus tracks' version of Mobius on iTunes, including new mixes of both 'Hardly a Day' and 'Love Bites'.

The first single from Mobius, 'Love Bites', was an instant favorite, generating top call-in request numbers on stations like KISS 108 (Boston), WPYM Party 93 (Miami), WXXP Party 105.3 (Long Island), KPTI (San Francisco), KNHC (Seattle) and Y100 (Miami).
''Love Bites' by QED will be as big as 'Heaven' by DJ Sammy! Top 5 phones at Kiss 108' – David Corey – APD/MD, WXKS, Boston
'Plain and simple, it's a hit... No1 phones at the station' – Phil Michaels – PD, WPYM, Miami

On stage, QED take their performance to another level by enhancing their music with live video projections, triggered on the fly, using a patented technology that Valentin created. The system, called MediaXtasy, enables an artist (Valentin calls it a 'Me-J', or media jockey), to trigger and manipulate video clips live, in rhythm to music. The video images are projected on to multiple screens, providing a live visual interpretation of the music that's never the same twice. QED has performed recently in New York, Miami and Boston, and will be announcing additional pending dates on www.qedmobius.com.

Valentin's MediaXtasy technology, originally created specifically for QED, has already been adopted for use in events featuring a host of major artists, including Beyonce, Ludacris, Crystal Method, Sean Paul, Chingy and Mario Winans, as well as a 'who's who' of superstar DJs including Paul Oakenfold, Paul van Dyk, Hex Hector, Louie Devito, Pete Tong, Ferry Corsten and Danny Tenaglia.

QED stands for the Latin expression 'quod erat demonstrandum', meaning 'that which is to be shown.' Commonly used for mathematical proofs, Valentin adopted the term because QED is a showcase for both his most inspired music and his visual performance concept.
