D'Banj Releases "Scapegoat" Remix Ft Kanye West!

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) D'Banj is a Nigerian singer-songwriter who recently signed to Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music. ""Scapegoat" is the first single off his next album, DKM (D'King's Men), and he recruited Kanye for the official remix.

In the video for the dancehall meets hip-hop track, Kanye West puts on his best Donnie Darko impression and makes a cameo at about the 3:30 mark, although he's not featured on the song. It signified D'Banj's inking in 2011 with West's GOOD Music. Where are we going with this exactly?

Today, a newish D'Banj track pops up on the Internet featuring West. It's a step in a different direction for the Chi-town rapper. He teams with the Nigerian booty-shaker on the remix to his 2009 feel-good track "Scapegoat" off his Mr. Endowed album. West African tropical polyrhythms back up West's flow, that recalls his early LPs like The College Dropout and Late Registration. L
