MONTREAL, CANADA (Top40 Charts/ Cannonhead official website) Montreal's workhorse indie hip hop collective Cannonhead just released their new single "Henri Matisse S**t" for free download online.
Listen and grab a copy here:
"The song's called "Henri Matisse S**t" and it's for girls that sip lean in art class and then drop Henri Matisse at a party, and you don't know what she's talking about, and she doesn't know what she's talking about," explains Freddie "5ive" de Andrade. "It samples some weird Swedish dude named Bo Hansson who played organ and made crazy rock instrumentals."
The track serves as a preview single for Cannonhead's next video release for the song "Thank you for the lift", which is set to drop within two weeks of "Henri Matisse S**t".
