Cocky Da Homo MC Releases Ferocious New Mixtape Entitled "Gay Rap Beef"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Cocky da Homo MC official website) Eminem and Tyler, The Creator may have some competition in the realm of Hip Hop controversy. Earlier this month, a mixtape surfaced on popular Hip Hop website Datpiff.com, entitled "Gay Rap Beef" by a homosexual New York rapper who goes by Cocky da Homo MC. The artist is creating controversy for a number of reasons. One of the things to have shocked those listening to his music is the fact that this particular genre is not really known for having a large number of openly gay artists, which makes Cocky da Homo MC stand out from the crowd from the very off.Secondly, the songs on the mixtape are said to be extreme, which could mean that the Hip Hop world is set to welcome another very controversial artist.

The extreme lyrics to the raps on the mixtape are ferocious and, to all intents and purposes, shocking and potentially offensive. However, as is often the case in this genre, this could be what eventually makes him popular. One of the tracks on the tape, appropriately titled "I Am the Most Offensive Rapper in the World," has Cocky da Homo MC slating both the city of Pittsburgh in which he apparently used to reside, and a number of big name rappers including Machine Gun Kelly and Beanie Sigel. On "I Ain't GLAAD, I'm Angry," Cocky takes shots at the LGBT anti-defamation organization, with rhymes like, "GLAAD, what kinda type of (expletive) is that? [Gays] need to be strapped, not parade around with flags." The song is an all-out attack on other gay rappers who "appeal to the gay community" as opposed to mainstream Hip Hop fans. The closure of the mixtape, entitled "Rattenfanger," a reference to the Pied Piper, is a dark and ominous warning to parents that he is dead-set on corrupting America's children.
