Leprojet Featuring Candlebox, Sevendust & Infinite Staircase Members Release 5th Single
New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Company) Calling all music fans... the wait is finally over! Le Projet, the rock band comprising Kevin Martin, Adam Kury and Brian Quinn of Candlebox, Morgan Rose of Sevendust and Lenny Cerzosie of The Infinite Staircase, has announced the release of their fifth single "Wait For It".

Available at all major online retailers starting today, "Wait For It" was recorded at Think Loud Studios in York, PA. The single marks the latest release by Le Projet and is just one of the tracks that will be on the band's much-anticipated album.

"My favorite thing about 'Wait for It' is how experimental the process was. Nobody was worried about who got to play what or who's ideas made the final cut. It was genuinely a group experience. Our goal was just to have fun writing authentic, original music," said Lenny Cerzosie. "This song has a completely different feel from our other singles, while still maintaining the Le Projet vibe. From the out set, we all agreed that we weren't going to take ourselves too seriously but we were going to write serious music. I think that's evident in 'Wait for It'."

To date, Le Projet has released four singles: "Head Down", "Little Sh*ts", "Save Yourself", and "Refugee" that are also available at all major online retailers.

ABOUT LE PROJET

A culmination of thousands of cities toured and millions of records sold...

Kevin Martin (CANDLEBOX), Morgan Rose (SEVENDUST), Adam Kury (CANDLEBOX) and Lenny Cerzosie (THE INFINITE STAIRCASE) decided to build off long-time relationships, past musical collaborations as well as co-inhabited tours and start something new. The group began recording their first EP on May 19th, 2014.

Over the course of three and a half days, the group wrote and recorded three songs from scratch with no preconceived notions or ideas. The band was joined by former BLACK LABEL SOCIETY guitarist Nick Catanese during these sessions.

The initial concept for this project began in 2013 when Martin, Rose and Cerzosie released a single to benefit victims of Hurricane Sandy called "The Pride" with Cerzosie's band THE INFINITE STAIRCASE. Also featured on the track are BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's Zakk Wylde and John "JD" DeServio. The song spent six weeks in the American Mainstream Rock Radio Top 40 Charts, peaking at #27.

The musicians worked so well together that talk began early on of future collaborations. With everyone's ever-changing schedules, it almost seemed impossible, that is, until the Cerzosie brothers reached out to everyone with a common break in schedules coinciding mid-May 2014.

With a brief break in Sevendust's current tour schedule and Candlebox finally lightening their dates after their very successful 20th Anniversary Tour, everything finally fell into place.

Today, the band is back in the recording studio finishing their album and has added Fosterchild guitarist Brian Quinn to the lineup.

Adding Quinn to the group was an easy decision, according to Kevin Martin, as he and Quinn had already performed and toured together as label mates on a Warner Brothers subsidiary label. Quinn has over 20 years of professional experience playing and recording with multiple national artists.

To date, the group has released five singles, including: "Head Down", "Little Sh*ts", "Save Yourself", "Refugee" and "Wait For It" that are available at all major online retailers including
