Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Top40 Charts/ Voodoo Records) - The CD is the first nationally distributed product to be handled by Voodoo's new partnership with FONTANA NORTH, one of Canada's biggest CD and DVD distribution companies. VOODOO RECORDS is one of Canada's fastest emerging record labels in the industry.
The label's current roster includes FLATLINED along with label-mates TOYBOX, TOK'N, GOSFORD, RIDE THE BULL, RABID ERA, and DANNY NIX, with promise of more major signings before the end of 2007. Music videos for FLATLINED, TOYBOX, and TOK'N are viewable accross the internet and on the label's official web site.
The title track, "Deaf Leading The Blind", was immediately embraced by rock radio programmers, creating a buzz that has the single currently playing radio across the country for over 10 weeks, with no signs of letting up.
The video for , "Deaf Leading The Blind", which premiered on YAHOO! MUSIC, was shot over two bitterly cold days in February, with -20C weather as a back drop for the band's energetic live performance and the video's tragic story line.
In true FLATLINED style, the band will celebrate the release with a mini-tour of three CD release shows, in three different cities. It seems fitting that a band with a touring schedule of over 160 shows per year for the past three years running would hit the road and bring the party to the fans.
