The Hives, Bjork, N.E.R.D, & Flaming Lips Among Shortlist's Final 10

NEW YORK (Shortlist Awards) - The celebrities and music experts judging the Shortlist Prize for Artistic Achievement in Music have narrowed down this year's list to its final 10.

Out of 75 acts on their "long list," the 10 who made it to the final ballot are Aphex Twin, the Avalanches, Bjork, Cee-Lo, DJ Shadow, Doves, the Flaming Lips, the Hives, N.E.R.D., and Zero 7.

The judges - who include U2's Larry Mullen, Jr., Beck, Iggy Pop, and others - will vote for a final winner, which will be announced Oct. 29 at a concert/awards show at the Henry Fonda Theater in Los Angeles.
