New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Music Austria) - Bringing home strings and brass to baroque Ried im Innkreis (located in Austria's north bordering Germany), the country's biggest music gear and sheet music fair will sport 10,000 sqm of exhibition space, five live music stages and a lot of the very latest state-of-the-art musical gear.

Exhibitors from 17 countries will showcase their musical instruments, sheet music and gear from 7-10 October 2010 to both pro and aspiring musicians. There is particularly strong participation by exhibitors from neighboring Germany. When it comes to musical instruments, a strong focus will again be on brass, with Adams, B & S, Buffet Crampon, Haagston, Melton, Miraphone, Schagerl and Votruba represented.

Further, Music Austria highlights 250 years of piano making. Besides a piano forte dating back to Mozart's times on display, visitors will be swept off their feet exploring the newly-developed grand pianos by Steingraeber from Bayreuth and a handmade Fazioli grand from Italy.

Serving the newbies on the performer scene, Music Austria's well-established music school congress will thoroughly look into the topics of "stage fright" and "best agers in music". Covering a myriad of styles from jazz to rock to MOR and oompha, a dizzling array of orchestras and bands will hit 5 stages in 3 days to treat visitors to their sonic gems.
