LOS ANGELES (Wildfire Publicity/ www.wildfirepublicity.net) - Country music singer/songwriter Vicki Lee has recently released her sophomore album, Crossin' On Over. Vicki is working her current single, "Angels On Golden Wings", which was re-mastered for the album.

Vicki Lee has performed both as a solo act, and in various duos and trios. Joining forces with her son, Jimmy, and her mother, Laura, Vicki Lee formed Vicki Lee & Company. They stayed together musically for two years, when she had to have vocal cord surgery. After recovering, she formed a duo with independent country artist Stevie Cee called Pop 'N' Country, which came to a mutual end when Vicki decided to pursue her solo career.

Vicki Lee has always had an interest in music, even as a child. She has played at local areas for various occasions such as campgrounds, gatherings, and various organizations. Vicki has won several awards, including one from the Downeast Country Music Association (DECMA). Vicki and Laura composed and released her first CD, Touch of Life, which lead to winning more awards from DECMA and NACMAI.
The first single, "Let Me Not Weep" is dedicated to Vicki's father, Charles E Smith, who passed away from lung cancer. Despite so much acclaim, change, and time in the public eye, Vicki is an extremely nice and modest girl, who, according to Shirley Sheppard with TIAC Radio, "gives the impression that she doesn't recognize just how good she really is".
