New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Land of Art Music) - Land of Art Music announces the opening of its online shop, The Klavarstore, where music sheets in Klavarskribo notation can be bought and directly printed on a local printer. The website is available at https://www.klavarstore.com. The fundamental characteristic is that Klavarskribo is easier to read than the traditional music notation, especially for piano and keyboard players.

The notation is already well known, as it was defined in the 1930s by the Dutch inventor Cornelis Pot, who funded the transcription of a big catalogue of classical and contemporary music of the time.

A small group of investors and technical experts behind the label "Land of Art Music" decided in late 2009 to start renovating an ageing catalogue and promoting again the notation using the latest technologies.

The Klavarstore is the result of their effort.

The website uses technology widely accepted by the music industry for the distribution of music sheets over the internet, which allows plans for the licensing of contemporary music.

The Klavar community still has a big number of enthusiastic players in the world.

The spiraling costs of music sheets from a monopolist supplier has been recently blamed for the decline of the number of pianists using the Klavar notation.

The team behind Land of Art Music is sure that, after having witnessed the potential of the notation, the trend can be reversed with the use of modern technology.
