Sigma Celebrates The Passion Of Filmmaking In New Artisan Video Series
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Mike Zinger works behind the sewing machine for his artisan bicycle bag company, Farsik Supply. The story is shot entirely on Sigma Art-series lenses by Mindspark Cinema.

SIGMA has teamed up with four Canadian filmmakers to tell the stories of local artisans in their respective communities. Focusing on the passion to create, much like the lenses SIGMA produces by hand in their Aizu, Japan facility, the stories document the creativity behind these independent artists. The series also provides a behind the scenes look at the production of each short story, filmed on RED Digital Cinema and Canon DSLR cameras, paired with SIGMA Art-series lenses.

"Sigma's Art lenses are a great blend of quality and performance. With the Art series, we're really able to achieve the look we're after. The lenses are fast, without compromising sharpness. A typical shoot can have us working in all sorts of different conditions, so build quality and durability come into play. On top of a beautiful image, we need products that we can trust to perform every time they come out of the bag," stated Aaron LaRocque, co-founder of Mindspark Cinema.
