As part of the anniversary celebration, Sixx announced today that he and his bandmates James Michael and Dj Ashba will world premiere the video for Sixx:A.M.'s new single "Lies of the Beautiful People" on www.SixxSense.com tonight, February 16, at 9 p.m. PT/midnight ET. "Lies of the Beautiful People" is the debut track on the companion album, of the same name, to Sixx's highly-anticipated new book This Is Gonna Hurt: Music, Photography and Life Through the Distorted Lens of Nikki Sixx. The book is a combination of powerful prose and dramatic photographs, featuring an arresting, deeply personal look through the eyes of an artist at a stark, post-addiction world. This Is Gonna Hurt will be released April 12 and now, due to the overwhelming response and fan demand, the full soundtrack CD release has been bumped up to an earlier May 3 release date.
