Dallas, Texas (Top40 Charts) - KNON 89.3FM also known as Energy 89.3FM to it's large Latino listener base has put together one of this year's greatest entertainment lineups for their upcoming 2002 LATIN ENERGY FESTIVAL, Sunday, June 2nd at the Annette Strauss Artist S*uare in the heart of Downtown Dallas.

This much anticipated event has developed into an annual event that is expected to grow in numbers each and every year. Although primarily targeted to the radio station's Latino listening base, the LATIN ENERGY FESTIVAL attracts all cultures from every background that love a great mix of entertainment on one stage in an all day event.

The 2002 Latin Energy Festival's lineup is a great one that will feature a broad mixture of Latin music that fully represents the format at ENERGY 89.3FM and their listening base. From Tejano, Latin Rap, Hip Hop, Freestyle, Rock En Espanol, Latin Dance and so much more.

Schedule to perform are, three time Tejano Music Award winner Jimmy Gonzalez and Grupo Mazz, Platinum selling world renown Pop Recording Artist, Stevie B, Gary Hobbs, DJ Laz, Lil Suzy, Collage, Bo Bo Luciano, Tavey, Baby Beesch, Juan Gotti, Twin Berrettas, Latyn Kings, Silver Pill, Zexxito Zentido and Lazzo.

This year's festival will also feature the largest Live DJ mix show on stage featuring 20 of ENERGY 89.3FM's hottest mixers making way for the future of young, energetic Hispanic-Urban listeners that are changing the face of the Dallas/Ft. Worth marketplace.

Gates will open at 12noon and the concert will go through 11:00pm, Sunday, June 2, 2002.
