LOS ANGELES (Fox Pan American Sports LLC) - Latin Grammy and multiple award-winner, Elvis Crespo, will bring his extraordinary musical style to La 2da Edicion de Premios Fox Sports, and joins Diego Torres, Pablo Montero, Belinda and Sabrina onstage at the Jackie Gleason Theater of the Performing Arts in Miami Beach, Florida on December 15, 2004 to honor and celebrate the achievements of U.S. Hispanic and Latin America athletes.

In the span of his 15-year career, Elvis Crespo has achieved international success, received endless RIAA Gold and Platinum awards, as well as the prestigious Grammy Award. Crespo began his musical career at age 17, and since then has amassed an energy-packed discography including "Suavemente," "Pintame," "Wow Flash," "Urbano," "The Remixes" and "Greatest Hits" resulting in numerous awards in Tropical music. Combined, he has sold more than five million copies making him the No 1 artist in the genre of merengue music. His award conquests include 10 Billboard Music Awards, 12 Premios Lo Nuestro, and 6 Premios Tu Musica, among others.

"I look forward to a spectacular evening that celebrates sports, music and community," said Crespo. "I am honored to join La 2da Edicion de Premios Fox Sports musical line-up and will have Miami merengueing with me before the night is over."

Crespo's charisma, his rhythmic, melodic music and his own personal style has rapidly and undoubtedly made him a favorite in the public eye. He is one of the few Latin artists that have been able to break through in major music markets across the Americas and Europe.
His latest album, "Saborealo," has achieved the same level of success by debuting No 1 on the Billboard Latin Sales chart and No 1 on the Latin Billboard airplay chart.

In addition to his musical talents, Crespo made a special guest appearance in the soap opera "All My Children," and has also hosted a segment of "Sabor a Beisbol," a feature that focuses on Latin baseball players, with a different player serving as co-host each week. "Sabor a Beisbol" is carried on Fox Sports Latin America.
