Phoenix, AZ (Top40 Charts/ Benjamin Hyatt Official Website) - "It's interesting to see the evolution of a song" states singer songwriter Benjamin Hyatt while recording at the Craig Lawrence Productions Studios in Phoenix. "Some of my songs I had written long before getting into the studio and others I only had a verse or a chorus written before starting to record them. I always have the basic tune written before working in the studio but sometimes the rhythm or tempo will change and it just gives it that extra bit that it needed."

While recording for his upcoming debut album, earlier recordings ended up in the hands of small variety of community music websites. The reaction that followed was much more than previously anticipated, being in the top 10 percent at Jango.com, Reverb Nation, and being played on a number of national and international radio outlets.

The songs that will make up Hyatt's debut album titled "The Way You Move" are being produced by producer Craig Lawrence, who's credits include working at Sound On Sound studios and being involved in the production of such musical artists as Joe Strummer and Tom Petty. "Ben is a very talented singer/songwriter and is very easy to work with and a plus is he lets me run with ideas music wise" states Lawrence. "It's like clockwork with (Ben), he is a very talented singer and lyricist. We have a great connection indeed."

The songs being created in the studio is turning out great pop songs, even though both Lawrence and Hyatt approach it differently. "I always believe that having two different styles working in a song makes it more interesting and Craig and I definitely have different styles' states Hyatt. "It also helps that we can tell each other that we don't like the direction the other is taking in a certain aspect of a song and then we begin reworking it step by step."

"The Way You Move" will be released internationally November 2010.
