LONDON, UK (Virgin Records) - Jean-Philippe Freu and PatriceCarrie, 'Rinoceroses' founding duo have never hidden their double lives. Psychologists by day, musicians by night. Two activities not so far apart after all, considering that the music world overflows with pathological cases where science and/or music help in relieving mental aches... Two activities, which 'Rinocerose' put into perspective in their new album, 'Schizophonic'.

This brand new single 'Bitch' marks a striking evolution in 'Rinocerose's' sound and clearly states their new direction, which will be clear on their forthcoming long player. Keen on seventies and eighties guitars since their beginning, the group clearly states its role as a forerunner in federating the crossing of styles, electronic in spirit, and rock at heart. Today, 'Rinocerose' plunges into a new resonant dive, doubling with strength and wildness. This first single simultaneously mixes energy and electro beats with rock guitar rage. A rage, which is also expressed through a palette of vocal guests such as Jessie Chaton (Fancy) who appears on this the first single.

On remix duties we firstly welcome JD Twitch one half of Glasgow's very own forerunners in the club scene Optimo, who take us on a drug induced electronic ride which is sure to be heard throughout club land this Summer and well into the Autumn! Then flip over for Steve Dubs' Remix which sticks closely to the original but just brings the record straight to the dance floor by stripping it down. Finally Vicarious Bliss steps up to really add to the guitar rage but with an electronic twist on the whole track.
