Daniel David's Releases Solo Single 'Me An U' On August 28, 2014

LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts) Hailing from East London and the creator of gritty dance pop tracks, Daniel David is no stranger to music industry success. He was part of an urban music group with none other than Labrinth, Daniel has played huge stages, such as the Radio 1 Big Weekender in front of 70,000 people, as well as winning an Urban Music Award for Best Video and being nominated for a MOBO - losing out only to JLS.

Now working on a solo career, his new single 'Me an U' is a bass heavy, infectious tune inspired by a chance meeting with Cheryl Cole in London's exclusive 'The Box' nightclub. At the time, the singer was going through her high profile issues with ex-husband Ashley Cole, and the song was written as an offer of escape.
