Jonny has been a Tulalip favorite and, despite facing minor adversities, has delivered some of his most memorable performances at the resort. In one past show, he fought through the flu, refusing to cut his set short, to deliver one of his most passionate sets in memory. On another occasion, Jonny was introduced to Seattle's traffic that caused him to get to the Tulalip Amphitheatre past his scheduled set time, which serendipitously put him on stage together with his mentor
Buddy Guy in an unplanned, yet unforgettable performance.
